Welcome, Hot Flashers!

-Meetings will be held Every 3rd Wednesday Every Other Month (about every 8 weeks).  (See list of dates below.)

-If necessary, the hostess can change the date but we will try to hold the set dates as much as possible

-You are still welcome to trade your date with someone if you are not ready or timing is bad for you 

-New books MUST be announced at each book gathering. No excuses.  No more taking your time to choose a book when it’s your turn. (I remain happy to help anyone who would like book suggestions and/or needs help in any way. I can also order books for you from the book shop.)

-Hostess starts the discussion to say why she chose the book, any feelings to share, any discussion question to offer, etc.  As always, we try to listen well, avoid interrupting, include all members in discussion. Everyone gets to be heard, feel safe in their commentary, and welcomed in sharing. Despite what Mr. Hall or Ms. Hester may have told us, there are no wrong ideas, bad questions, subpar thinking, or tests.
